The EREMA North America management team provides technical knowledge and oversees daily operations.
This team is also responsible for our commercial processes to ensure our customers a smooth, worry free experience purchasing any Erema system.
EREMA North America maintains a well stocked spare parts inventory with over 1,000 individual part numbers.
We ship approximately 75% of our spare parts orders the same day from our IPSWICH, MASSACHUSETTS HEADQUARTERS.
We constantly monitor our performance to keep our inventory up-to-date. We stock additional parts as trends indicate and add new parts as new designs emerge.
The EREMA North America after sales technical support team provides machine start-up and maintenance to over 400 systems currently in the field. Our in-house technicians also work closely with customers and the spare parts department to carefully select the proper parts needed to solve breakdowns or guide upgrades of components on existing systems.
This team is also responsible for running tests and demonstrations on our in-house recycling systems. They coordinate the factory’s engineering of new machines with our customers’ requirements and arrange and ensure shipping systems from the factory to customers is as smooth a process as possible.
