Moist becomes dry

Moist material? No problem. Our patented preconditioning unit and additional technologies such as Air Flush and Double Disc turn immediately turn it into dry material that produces the best processing results.

Excellent quality thanks to top filtration

Without efficient filtering it is not possible to obtain high quality recyclate. With EREMA systems the material is subject to only minimum shearing during melting. A laser filter then cleans the melt so there are no traces of solid or soft contaminants.

Flexibility

 

Various types of plastics come together in post consumer waste. These materials are often printed, contaminated to a greater or lesser extent and are also moist. EREMA machines, however, are completely flexible when it comes to processing any type of mixture. This is made possible by numerous technical features. The most important feature is our patented Counter Current technology. In addition to optimum material intake it offers a much wider temperature range and as a result guarantees a stable processes and constantly high output.

Machines in which filtration, homogenisation and degassing take place in a single harmonious working step, processing plastics with full-surface and multiple-layer printing, heavily contaminated and very moist film waste effortlessly to produce top grade recyclate.
